I am pleased to announce that CommSoft RMS LLC (USA), the developers of the CommsOffice range of call management and call recording software applications have now concluded negotiations to form a new division to serve the UK market direct. The reason for the formation of this new division is to provide all CommsOffice customers with an enhanced level of service and support.
Effective as of 1st October 2010, items supplied during this month and moving forward are the responsibility of CommSoft Software Solutions Limited. Please ensure that remittances are effected to the new entity to ensure title and that the ongoing support is secured. All sales and support of the CommsOffice products will be provided by the UK division of the US manufacturer. Key support and engineering staff (such as Jeremy Whilde, Manwai Li, Jon Elsom and David Miller) have been offered and accepted employment with the new division and they look forward to supporting you as normal.

The new company will continue to support all existing contracts and will advise you when approaching renewal.
All new contracts will be issued by the new company.
