CommSoft RMS LLC (USA) launch new division in UK

CommSoft RMS LLC, the American developers of the CommsOffice range of call management and call recording software applications for Panasonic, Avaya and Shoretel has today announced that it has concluded negotiations to form a new division to service the UK market. This new division will trade as CommSoft Software Solutions Ltd and be based in Bracknell but will be wholly owned by the US manufacturer and aims to provide an enhanced level of service and support for all CommsOffice customers and products. Effectively, existing UK distributors, resellers and customers will now purchase and be supported directly by the manufacturer. Essential engineering and support staff have been offered and accepted contracts with the new division.
